Patrick Landers serves as a case consultant at Statera Law, bringing deep legal knowledge and business acumen to complex family law matters involving substantial assets, business ownership, and wealth preservation. His background combines experience at two of the nation’s most prestigious law firms, Williams & Connolly in Washington, D.C. and Hughes, Hubbard & Reed in New York, with an MBA from Harvard Business School and more than a decade of senior executive leadership.

Patrick supports the firm’s work with business owners, executives, professionals, and individuals with family wealth facing sophisticated questions involving complex financial structures. His knowledge of business valuation, corporate governance, investment vehicles, and philanthropy enhances his analytical approach to matters involving closely held companies, professional practices, trust interests, private equity, and other intricate asset structures.

Patrick serves as a case consultant on matters involving divorce, complex asset division, maintenance, child custody and support, post-dissolution modifications, and wealth preservation strategies. His work focuses on cases requiring sophisticated analysis of business ownership, investment portfolios and trust structures.
